The world's largest industrial innovation fair hosted, in April 2026, one of the most ambitious projects of Brazil's energy transition. The Pec\u00e9m Complex brought its Green Hydrogen Hub to Hannover Messe 2026, a project that aims to transform the Cear\u00e1 coast into a starting point for the export of clean molecules to Europe. The presence was not merely symbolic. Hannover Messe 2026 took place between April 20th and 24th and brought together approximately 4,000 companies from 60 countries, including Amazon Web Services, Bosch, Siemens, Microsoft, and Huawei. Among the individual highlights, Fortescue projects approximately R$17.5 billion to produce 170,000 tons of green hydrogen per year starting in 2029. FRV estimates around R$27 billion for the H2 Cumbuco project, aimed at the European and Asian markets. Meanwhile, the Norwegian company Fuella AS, winner of the first auction of the European Hydrogen Bank, foresees R$9 billion for a plant with an annual capacity of 400,000 tons of green ammonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
